The Empowering Women in Business (EWiB) fund at the CU Denver Business School is helping advance the next generation of women leaders and their allies to develop their leadership potential through an immersive syllabus designed to build confidence, cultivate leadership skills, and access to a powerful EWiB network of over 90 influential professionals. Students actively engage with mentors, industry leaders, and peers through collaborative workshops, in-class learning experiences, lectures, and a semester-end retreat. EWiB is equipping students-- women, men, and non-binary-- to become powerful allies and sponsors who can collectively and effectively address workplace challenges. By combining theoretical knowledge with practical skill-building and direct professional exposure, students are gaining a comprehensive toolkit for navigating and transforming business environments.
Your support helps provide essential resources, class materials, and scholarship support for students to break barriers and achieve their full potential. Learn more about our talented students by reading our program profile or check out more details about the Spring 2024 Symposium.
