About The Auraria Library Opportunity Fund
This Giving Day, you have the power to shape a student’s future. Your gift opens access to a digital universe of learning—removing barriers and giving every student the tools they need to thrive.
Auraria Library sits at the crossroads of CU Denver, Community College of Denver, and MSU Denver. Here, tens of thousands of students rely on us every year for technology, research support, collaborative spaces, creativity tools, and opportunities that fuel learning and discovery. With you by our side, we can continue expanding what’s possible.
Right now, the demand for technology far outpaces what we can provide. Our 150 public‑use computers, free for all students, are essential for coursework, research, design, and communication. These computers are approaching replacement age, and your support helps ensure their upkeep, maintenance, and timely updates—so no student gets held back because their technology is outdated or inaccessible.
Your gift also strengthens the library’s commitment to accessibility technology, helping us update specialized tools that support students with different learning needs. And Giving Day contributions directly sustain student access to the Innovation Garage—a hands‑on creation space where learners experiment with 3D printing, electronics, crafting tools, and digital production equipment as they bring ideas to life.
Your generosity on CU Denver Gives Day ensures equitable access to knowledge, creativity, and opportunity—for every student, on every path.
