The CU Denver Student Food Pantry is a direct response to the need of the CU Denver student body for more resources to fight food insecurity and the lack of nutritious food. With rising fees, textbook costs, and living expenses, it has become increasingly difficult for students to juggle the costs of living with the costs of obtaining a university degree, and thus many students are finding themselves choosing between essentials such as food and the costs of college.

Where is the pantry located?

CU Denver students have access to free food and hygiene products at Milo's Market, located on the third Level near the all gender bathrooms in the Lola & Rob Salazar Student Wellness Center.

Who can use the pantry?

At Milo’s Market, everyone in CU Denver’s community is welcome. All CU Denver students (wellness fee-assessed and non-fee-assessed) and University Staff and Faculty have access to the CU Denver Food Pantry.

What is offered at the pantry?

Students are allocated various goods every week from each of our market categories, including hygiene items, canned goods, pasta/breads/legumes, snacks, protein, freezer items, dairy, and locally sourced produce. Whether you want to shop for your dinner ingredients or grab a snack in between classes, all you need is your LynxCard and a reusable bag!
